Sustainability Management System
SK Biopharmaceuticals maximizes the enterprise value by building
the E (Environmental), S (Social), and G (Governance) management
to improve its sustainability.
ESG/Strategic Committee under the Board of Directors makes decisions on ESG agendas to actively address risks and
opportunities of the environment, society, and governance.
In addition, the ESG Office under the CEO’s leadership composed of ESG-related staffs makes continuous efforts to
enhance the execution capabilities of ESG management.
