SK Biopharmaceuticals provides a variety of online and offline whistleblowing channels to employees, subsidiaries,
business partners, and customers for filing, informing or raising ethics and/or anti-corruption related issues at any time.
When needed, the Compliance Team shall conduct an investigation, and the Disciplinary Committee shall be held accordingly.
The result of the investigation shall be reported to the management body, including the Audit Committee.
The company operates the Whistleblower Protection Program to ensure the confidentiality of whistleblower and the report.

Whistleblower Protection Program
SK Biopharmaceuticals protects whistleblowers through the Whistleblower Protection Program. The anonymity of the whistleblower is secured at all times, and the Program offers protection against any forms of retaliation against the whistleblower for filing a complaint.
Whistleblower Protection Program
- 1. The whistleblower’s information shall not be disclosed against his/her will and shall be strictly kept confidential.
- 2. The whistleblower who makes a legitimate report shall not be subject to any disadvantage or discrimination.
- 3. Anyone providing evidence (including but not limited to testimony, data, etc.) shall be equally protected.
- 4. Any forms of retaliation (including but not limited to searching for the whistleblower, retaliation,
or information leakage) are strictly prohibited. - 5. In case anyone is put in disadvantage, he/she has the right to request for corrective and
protective measures, and the company shall take appropriate steps to minimize adverse consequences
arising out of it.
